The Outreach Program welcomes Service Members and their Families to the Presidio of Monterey. Outreach provides military community service information and references for a rewarding stay in Monterey and the surrounding area.
The primary focus of outreach is to introduce Families to the wide range of Family and community resources available that make military life comfortable. Families newest to the military will receive a home visit from Outreach Services (when possible). We will attempt to answer questions about the community and military life.
All families are given a welcome packet prepared by Army Community Service which contains information about ACS programs community events. These packets are also available to incoming families at ACS.
