DAY 1 – April Fool’s Arms and Abs (4 Rounds for Time) • 10 Alternate V-Ups • 20 Weighted Glute Bridges • 30 Weighted Russian Twists • 40 Plank Shoulder Taps • Rest 1 minute

DAY 2 – April Showers of Sweat (EMOM 20 -Every Minute On The Minute) • Minute 1: 20 KB Swings • Minute 2: 10 Hollow Rocks • Minute 3: 20 Push-Ups • Minute 4: 10 Wall Balls

DAY 3 – Spring Forward Cardio (HIIT- 45 sec each, rest 1 min after each set, repeat 3x) • 30 Mountain Climbers • 20 Sit-Ups • 10 Jump Squats • 45 sec Plank • 20 Burpees • 10 Step-Back Lunges

DAY 4 – Blooming Glutes and Legs (15 Minute AMRAP-As Many Rounds As Possible) • 10 Burpee Box Jumps • 20 Air Squats • 1 Minute Wall Sit • 30 Calf Raises

DAY 5 – Spring Power Strength Day (3 Rep Max) • Strict Shoulder Press
