Don’t let the June gloom dampen your motivation. Keep your momentum going and stay active with our upcoming 5-day fitness challenge. This mid-month push is designed to keep you busy, energized, and ready for the summer season ahead.

Event Details:

  • Dates: Monday, June 8 – Friday, June 12

  • Format: 5-Day Workout Challenge

  • Location: Price Fitness Center

The Reward: Commit to the full week! Participants who complete the entire workout challenge will be eligible for a prize, given out on the final day, Friday, June 12.

 

Day 1: 

  • 10 push-ups
  • 20 bicycle crunches
  • 20 squats
  • 30 second planks

Day 2: 

  • 10 push-ups
  • 20 reverse crunches
  • 20 squats
  • 30 second burpees

Day 3:

  • 10 push-ups
  • 20 bicycle crunches
  • 20 squats
  • 30 second planks

Day 4:

  • 10 push-ups
  • 20 reverse crunches
  • 20 squats
  • 30 second burpees

Day 5:

  • 10 push-ups
  • 20 bicycle crunches
