In celebration of the Month of the Military Child, join us for our free Infant Massage Course at the ACS Gold Room.
Sessions will be held once per week on Mondays (5 total), for infants 3 weeks–8 months. Bring a towel and two receiving blankets to cover
your baby. Spouses are welcome.
Benefits of Infant Massage:
· Encourage interaction between you and your baby
· Help your baby relax and sleep
· Positively affect infant hormones that control stress
· Reduce crying
