AVENGERS CHALLENGE: Are You Hero Enough?

Train like Earth's Mightiest Heroes in this one-time, full-body strength challenge. Your mission: Complete all recommended reps in as few sets as possible—without sacrificing form. Quality over speed. Precision over ego.

🔒 Format:

  • Complete each exercise before moving on to the next
  • One movement = one set, if you're elite enough
  • Opt for the S.H.I.E.L.D. version if needed — form always comes first
  • Warm up, cool down, and rest well after — recovery is part of the mission
  • Front Desk Staff will verify and cheer you on!
